The outer wall of the pipeline is used for bandaging and noise reduction
The outer layer of the original thermal insulation (sound insulation) layer is wrapped with ultra-fine glass wool. The thickness of the wrapping is 100 ~ 150mm. The outer layer of glass wool is made of steel sleeve of 1.5~2mm thickness.
Air flow dispersion and noise reduction at air leakage injection point
Under the condition of a certain flow rate of air leakage jet flow, the purpose of reducing exhaust jet noise can be achieved by replacing a large nozzle with many small holes and dispersing the air flow, as shown in Fig. 5. 3 ~ 4 layers are wrapped with stainless steel mesh at the air leakage place, then wrapped with stainless steel wire group and ultrafine glass wool, and finally protected with perforated steel plate. In this way, the leakage of the jet airflow is stainless steel mesh and stainless steel wire group dispersed into small airflow, and repeatedly block sound absorption, consumption of its energy, to achieve the purpose of reducing noise.
