What are the emergency methods for desuperheating and decompression devices?
1. When the design flow rate is large, but the actual flow rate is lower than 30% of the design flow rate, the automatic control state should be switched to the manual control state, and the cooling and pressure reducing valve and the water supply control valve should be manually controlled. At the same time, close the small inlet shut-off valve to control the flow and prevent the pressure of the device from rising abnormally.
2. When the user's steam consumption drops rapidly, the pressure of the device will be abnormally increased, which will affect the safety. At this time, the flow rate cannot be controlled by closing the shut-off valve at the outlet of the desuperheating and pressure reducer, but by gradually closing the shut-off valve at the inlet of the desuperheating pressure reducer.
3. When the failure of the desuperheating and pressure reducing valve and the water supply control valve affects the safe operation of the equipment, switch to bypass operation in time, open the desuperheating and pressure reducing bypass valve, close the inlet and outlet shut-off valves of the desuperheating and pressure reducing device, and stop the high pressure. Pump, close the desuperheating water system valve, and put it into operation after troubleshooting.
4. When the automatic control system fails, it should be switched to manual operation immediately, and the automatic operation can be put into operation after the fault is eliminated.
5. When the equipment is abnormally boosted and the safety valve cannot be opened, the wrench of the spring-type safety valve can also be lifted up to force the safety valve to open and release the pressure.
