2. Grinding. Between the valve core and the valve seat after running for a certain time to cause leakage, between the cylinder piston and cylinder body will also cause internal leakage, then should be grinding. Can be hand grinding, mechanical grinding, coating treatment and inserts and other methods, grinding with emery particle size should be appropriate, grinding force should be uniform and appropriate. After grinding, it should be polished, and meet the required smoothness and precision requirements, meet the requirements of the valve core and valve seat, etc., after the final assembly, it should be tested for tightness.
3. Stuffing box replacement.. When the stuffing box is replaced, the same type of stuffing box should be used. When replacing, the packing should be carefully drawn out, and the packing should be removed correctly to prevent damage to the valve stem. The installation of the new stuffing box should be in accordance with the requirements of the manual, the incision should be misplaced to prevent the stem thread from scratching the packing, the packing compression force should be uniform and appropriate, to prevent stress and increase friction.
4. Replacement of transmission parts. Regulating valve and accessories in the transmission parts if part of the wear can be replaced, repair, etc. After replacement and repair, the transmission should be flexible and the transmission clearance should be as small as possible.
5. Pneumatic amplifier cleaning. When the throttle hole of the pneumatic amplifier is blocked by the dirt in the compressed air, the throttle hole should be cleaned, and the appropriate steel wire can be used for dredging and cleaning. When reloading, the amplifier diaphragm should be uniformly stressed to prevent blockage or leakage. The amplifier gain can be adjusted by adjusting the compression force of the steel ball to prevent resonance.
